INTRODUCTION
Viet International Japan (VIJ) is a consulting company based in Tokyo that offers consulting services, business matching services and market research studies. We focus on helping Japanese Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) invest into the Vietnamese market.
ベトトインターなションナルジャパン株式会社（VIJ株式会社）は東京を拠点とし、コンサルティング、ビジネスマッチング、市場調査などのサービスを提供するコンサルティング会社です。当社は、日本の「中小企業（SME）」によるベトナム市場への投資を支援することに注力しております。
Behind VIJ stand three organisations in Hanoi, each covering a different kind of ground. VietBase manufactures construction chemicals and waterproofing materials, and already acts as the Vietnamese distributor for Japanese and European manufacturers. Viet International teaches Japanese, counsels students heading to Japan, matches Japanese-capable talent with employers, and runs authorised proficiency test centres. CLEF, a non-profit research institute, works on Japanese-language education policy and textbook development with Vietnam’s education authorities. Between them: a factory, a talent pipeline, and institutional standing — the three things a Japanese company entering Vietnam usually has to assemble from scratch.
VIJの背景には、それぞれ異なる領域を担う三つのハノイの組織がございます。VietBaseは建設用化学品および防水材のメーカーであり、日本および欧州メーカーのベトナム総代理店も務めております。Viet Internationalは日本語教育を軸に、留学カウンセリング、日本語人材のマッチング、公式試験会場の運営を行っております。CLEFは非営利の研究機関として、ベトナムの教育行政機関とともに日本語教育政策および教科書開発に取り組んでおります。三組織が併せ持つのは、製造拠点、人材基盤、そして公的な信認です。ベトナム進出にあたり、通常は一から築き上げねばならない三つの要素でございます。
VietBase Co., Ltd. — established 2004
VietBase is a manufacturer and distributor of construction chemicals and waterproofing materials, headquartered in Hanoi and certified to ISO 9001:2015. Its range covers waterproofing membranes and coatings, non-shrink grouts, waterstops and industrial flooring for buildings, infrastructure and factories. Alongside its own VIBA brand, VietBase is an authorised distributor for international manufacturers including Henkel Polybit. Its own factory began operating in March 2026, moving the company from distributor to manufacturer. It maintains nationwide distribution and technical support, and has supplied products to national infrastructure projects including Noi Bai International Airport Terminal 2, Tan Son Nhat airport Terminal 3, Long Thanh Airport, the Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway, Hanoi metro lines. In residential projects, VietBase is a waterproofing supplier in many high-rise residential buildings developed by major developers, such as Masterise, MIK, DOJI Land, Ecopark and Sunshine. Vietbase is also a member of the Vietnam Concrete Association since 2008 and thus, contributes actively to national technical seminars and specification discussions. In the field of industrial consumables, VietBase is the official authorized distributors of Soken Chemicals & Engineering, supplying Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) tapes across Vietnam. Within the ecosystem, VIJ acts as the consultant for VietBase, seeking potential manufacturers and products in Japan and evaluate opportunities for future distribution in the Vietnamese market.
VietBaseは、ハノイに本社を置く建設用化学品および防水材のメーカー兼販売会社であり、ISO 9001:2015認証を取得しております。製品群は、建築・インフラ・工場向けの防水シート、防水塗料、無収縮グラウト、止水材、産業用床材に及びます。自社ブランド「VIBA」に加え、Henkel Polybitをはじめとする海外メーカーの正規代理店も務めております。2026年3月には自社工場が稼働を開始し、販売代理店から製造業者への転換を果たしました。ベトナム全土に販売網と技術サポート体制を有し、ノイバイ国際空港第2ターミナル、タンソンニャット国際空港第3ターミナル、ロンタイン国際空港、ハノイ〜ハイフォン高速道路、ハノイ都市鉄道といった国家的インフラ案件に製品を供給してまいりました。住宅分野においては、Masterise、MIK、DOJI Land、Ecopark、Sunshineなど大手デベロッパーが手がける数多くの高層住宅において、防水材の供給を担っております。また、2008年よりベトナムコンクリート協会の会員として、国内の技術セミナーや仕様策定に関する議論に積極的に参画しております。産業用資材の分野では、綜研化学の正規代理店として、粘着テープ(PSA)をベトナム全土に供給しております。本ネットワークにおいて、VIJはVietBaseのコンサルタントとして、日本国内のメーカーおよび製品の発掘を行い、ベトナム市場における将来的な取扱いの可能性を評価しております。
CLEF — Interdisciplinary Institute for Culture, Language and Education Fostering, established 2020
A non-profit research institute established by decision of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) and registered for scientific and technological activity with the Ministry of Science and Technology. It conducts interdisciplinary research in culture, language and education. In Japanese-language education, CLEF works with the Japan Foundation and the Kamenori Foundation on compiling Japanese-language textbooks for Vietnam’s national general education curriculum. It also hosts academic conferences and seminars, publishes translations of Japanese and Vietnamese literature and folk song, and operates a reading room of roughly 10,000 volumes, of which more than 6,000 concern Japanese culture and language. CLEF holds a broad network across Vietnamese universities and education authorities. As a non-profit institute, CLEF is not a delivery entity for commissioned work; in VIJ engagements it contributes research insight and access to the education sector.
ベトナム科学技術協会連合会(VUSTA)の決定により設立され、科学技術省から科学技術活動の登録証を取得している非営利の研究機関です。文化・言語・教育を中心とした学際的研究を行っております。日本語教育の分野では、国際交流基金および公益財団法人かめのり財団と連携し、ベトナムの国民教育課程における日本語教科書の編纂に参画しております。このほか、学術会議・セミナーの開催、日越間の文学および民謡の翻訳出版、約1万冊(うち日本の文化・言語関連が6千冊以上)を所蔵する図書室の運営などを行っております。ベトナム国内の大学および教育行政機関との幅広いネットワークを有しております。なお、CLEFは非営利機関であり、受託業務の実施主体ではございません。VIJの案件においては、研究知見および教育分野のネットワークという形で関与いたします。
Viet International — established 2005
Viet International has been teaching Japanese in Vietnam since 2005. Three further activities have grown out of that core. Study-abroad counselling guides students toward Japanese universities, vocational schools and language schools — institution selection, applications, and preparation before departure. Talent matching connects Japanese-capable candidates with employers. Authorised examination centres across the country administer Japanese-language proficiency testing, with more than 100,000 candidates handled to date. Two decades of working alongside Japanese educational institutions have made Viet International the network’s centre of gravity for anything Japan-facing.
2005年の設立以来、ベトナムにおいて日本語教育に取り組んでまいりました。この中核事業から、さらに三つの事業が広がっております。留学カウンセリングでは、日本の大学・専門学校・日本語学校への進学を目指す学生に対し、進学先の選定から出願手続き、渡日前の準備までを支援しております。人材マッチングでは、日本語能力を有する人材と企業とを結びつけております。また、ベトナム各地の公式試験会場において日本語能力試験を実施し、累計10万人を超える受験者に対応してまいりました。20年にわたり日本の教育機関と歩みを共にしてきた実績により、本ネットワークにおける日本関連業務の中心を担っております。
